Meatloaf ingredients with fried onions and ranch seasoning
1 ½ pounds ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup ketchup
¾ cup herbed dry bread stuffing mix
½ (1 ounce) package dry ranch-style dressing mix
1 (6-ounce) can French-fried onions
Instructions of
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the meat, eggs, ketchup, stuffing mix, ranch dressing mix and fried onions.
Shape into loaves and fit into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until meat is cooked through.

I love this recipe, we've tried several different ones and I think this is "the one" we'll be going back to. The only changes I made was I added some garlic powder and just a sprinkle of Worcestershire sauce.. for a glaze I added a mix of ketchup and Heinz 57 and then when it came out of the oven, topped it with some shredded mozzarella. Sprinkled with paneer.. Yummy Cake (Birjam)
