  2 cups Dressing AvocadoRynchology Recipe Ingredients

  1 large avocado, diced.


  2 cloves garlic, minced.


  1 cup mayonnaise


  1 cup sour cream


  3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice


  1 teaspoon chopped dill


  ½ teaspoon dried parsley


  Half a teaspoon of dry gram


  Half a teaspoon of salt


  ¼ teaspoon onion powder


  ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

 H V R Avocado-Lime Ranch Dressing   Instructions for preparing the Avocado

  Combine the avocado and garlic in a blender or large food processor and process until well pureed.

  In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice until well blended. Pour the avocado mixture into a blender. Add dill, parsley, chives, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Puree until liquid. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

  If you are not as fond of garlic as we are, you can reduce the garlic to one clove instead of two.


  You can use fresh or dried dill for this recipe.

  I loved this recipe and so did my guests!

  I omitted the chives, onion powder, and pepper because I didn't have the first two. It was still amazing without them! I used fresh dill and parsley and the flavor was so light and refreshing!
